Hey Cas, My 83 has a plastic nose, the 79 has a teak one, I have attached a photo I had of just the nose. If you think this is the way to go let me know and I will take a better shot of just the nose and draw a quick sketch of the parts. If I recall it looked like two pieces maybe glued together to form one. Plastic rub rail just butted up against it, I think. I would guess it would be the easiest fix, no way are you going to find a replacement plastic nose.

Of course you could turn her into a cutter and cover it all up with the bowsprit! I guess with that in mind if Mike tells me the bowsprit goes on in place of the nose I will give you the teak one off my 79.

 

Sorry it took me awhile to post this, am traveling some this month for work which means everything just kind of backs up.
