The Falcon 16 was designed by William McVay.

Description:

McVay decals on both sides of the tabernacle.
16' 2" Overall length and 6' 3" at beam.
Retractable centerboard, a main sail and jib.
22' mast.
Motor mount and cavity on port side stern.
Stowage front and rear with double louvered doors of teak.
There is a small black (looks like plastic) tag on the starboard side of the stern near the top edge with
the following scribed into it:

MCFAN193017 (that may not be absolutely accurate).

There are three drains out the stern at the bottom below the painted waterline.
The two outer holes are plumbed to tubes that run to fittings and enter the hull below the cockpit deck.
The center drain is open to the rear stowage area.
